1. Analyze and clarify business needs, preparing documents such as functional and technical specifications, mapping files, use cases, user stories, wireframes, process flows, and product backlog.
2. Support project managers, product owners, and solution architects in translating business requirements into specifications.
3. Assist product specialists, developers, and support team members in implementing or updating features.
4. Collaborate with architects and developers to enhance activities.
5. Assist in compiling ad-hoc reports.
6. Create proofs of concept based on business requirements.
7. Implement project processes and best practices.
8. Adhere to policies, guidelines, and procedures during development.
9. Create support tickets for bugs and follow up on them.
10. Create and update tickets in Jira.
11. Support testing activities.

1. B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
2. 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Specialist.

1. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
2. Experience in delivering implementations meeting SaaS content project success factors.
3. Basic knowledge of event-driven architectures and integration between systems.
4. Experience with data integration and PIM/DAM systems.
5. Excellent interpersonal skills.
6. Initiative and self-confidence, adaptable and able to cope with changing priorities.
7. Excellent communication skills in English.

5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Specialist in a collaborative and international environment.

B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
