Richemont Product & Trade Compliance Specialist

- Coordinate and support the registration of licenses or products with federal or state authorities.
- Manage the reporting of regulated products, substances, and packaging, ensuring compliance with Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) laws.
- Support project managers and the PTC Americas team in implementing new directives and laws, including coordination with local testing organizations and adherence to project timelines.
- Generate internal General Certificates of Conformity based on test results and data.
- Promote best practices, knowledge sharing, and standardized routines among stakeholders.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to investigate and report non-conformities.
- Facilitate root cause analysis and implement strategies to reduce recurrence of non-conformities.
- Conduct regular audits to verify compliance with product compliance-related laws.
- Manage the regional SharePoint site, including content creation and curation, page design, and record maintenance.
- Champion Richemont's initiatives and values internally, promoting positive change and fostering a collaborative culture.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Law, or related field; Master's degree is a plus.
- 3+ years of experience in legal offices, customs agencies, Product Regulatory Affairs, trade compliance, logistics, or product regulation.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Interpersonal abilities in an international matrix organization.
- Proficiency in English; Spanish, French, or Portuguese is a plus.
- Familiarity with customs and trade documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
- Ability to deliver effective and engaging presentations.
- Interest in U.S., LATAM, and Caribbean regulatory environments.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in legal offices, customs agencies, Product Regulatory Affairs, trade compliance, logistics, or product regulation is required.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Law, or related field; Master's degree is a plus.
Salary will be negotiated based on relevant skills and experience.
