1. Assist in identifying and summarizing new and upcoming regulations such as CBAM, EUDR, and packaging waste.
2. Contribute to internal overviews of market-specific compliance requirements across the EU and other regions.
3. Help draft briefs and summaries to support regional implementation.
4. Assist in the creation and formatting of internal guidance documents, SOPs, and compliance overviews.
5. Support the setup and maintenance of a SharePoint site for compliance resources.
6. Organize documents, links, and visuals to improve accessibility and usability for internal teams.
7. Join cross-functional discussions with colleagues from logistics, sustainability, and legal departments.
8. Participate in internal meetings and workshops, supporting with content preparation and note-taking.
9. Provide ad hoc research or analysis support as requested by the central or regional compliance teams.

1. Enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Law, International Business, Sustainability, Trade, or a related field.
2. Genuine interest in compliance, environmental regulations, and international operations.

1. Proficiency in structuring content and using digital tools.
2. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are advantageous.
3. Eagerness to learn and proactive attitude in a multicultural, fast-paced environment.

Exposure to topics such as export controls, regulatory sanctions screening, and preferential origin rules through studies or previous internships is a plus.

Currently enrolled in a university program for the duration of the internship.
