1. Gather and evaluate business requirements, assessing their business value and return on investment.
2. Conduct impact assessments and identify dependencies.
3. Create detailed business analyses, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions.
4. Write and update functional specifications, wireframes, business rules, and data migration plans.
5. Ensure clear communication and understanding of specifications by both business and technical teams.
6. Support QA and Test Managers in defining test strategies and verifying business requirements.
7. Review functional implications of technical decisions.
8. Facilitate decision-making and resolve conflicts related to requirements and solution design.
9. Lead workshops and design sessions to gather input and foster alignment.
10. Act as a subject matter expert on retail digital solutions.
11. Participate in Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, grooming, reviews, and retrospectives.

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
2. Fluency in English is required; proficiency in French or other languages is advantageous.

1. 4+ years of experience in a Business Analysis role.
2. Proven experience in writing functional specifications and user stories.
3. Solid understanding of both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
4. Experience with Confluence, Jira, and Zephyr.
5. Experience with retail applications and their design and optimization.
6. Knowledge of service delivery and IT project management practices.
7. Technical aptitude and ease working in technology-driven environments.
8. Strong customer service orientation and attention to detail.
9. Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking.
10. Clear and professional communication across multicultural teams.
11. Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
12. Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced Agile environment.

A minimum of 4 years in a Business Analysis role, with proven expertise in writing functional specifications and user stories, and a solid understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
