Richemont Platform Community Manager

- Lead and animate the platform community, fostering engagement and collaboration.
- Develop and maintain a strategic roadmap in collaboration with the Product Development team.
- Enhance operational efficiency and reliability with an outsourced team.
- Define and implement a DevOps pipeline to facilitate deployment freedom for Maisons.
- Organize regular community meetings to refine roadmap and DevOps guidelines.
- Align platform architecture with the group architecture team.
- Establish monitoring, availability SLAs, and business key indicators.
- Develop processes for the platform service catalog and disaster recovery plans.
- Coordinate training and define training paths.
- Oversee 2nd and 3rd level support, ensuring adherence to SLAs.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for architecture, security, and support processes.
- Minimum 5 years of experience with Windchill data models.
- Minimum 5 years of platform management experience.
- Proficient in SQL and capable of challenging business needs regarding data models.
- Ability to lead projects independently and delegate tasks effectively.
- Proactive in managing expectations and adjusting to dynamic environments.
- Strong relationship management skills across multiple stakeholders.
- Comfortable working in an Agile context and multicultural environment.
- Fluency in English; French is advantageous.
A minimum of 5 years in platform management and Windchill data model experience is required.
