Richemont Platform Community Manager

1. Lead and animate the platform community, fostering engagement and collaboration.
2. Develop and maintain a strategic roadmap in collaboration with the Product Development team.
3. Enhance operational efficiency and reliability with an outsourced team.
4. Define and implement a DevOps pipeline to facilitate deployment freedom for Maisons.
5. Organize regular community meetings to refine roadmap and DevOps guidelines.
6. Align platform architecture with the group architecture team.
7. Establish monitoring, availability SLAs, and business key indicators.
8. Develop processes for the platform service catalog and disaster recovery plans.
9. Coordinate training and define training paths.
10. Oversee 2nd and 3rd level support, ensuring adherence to SLAs.
11. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for architecture, security, and support processes.

1. Minimum 5 years of experience with Windchill data models.
2. Minimum 5 years of platform management experience.

1. Proficient in SQL and capable of challenging business needs regarding data models.
2. Ability to lead projects independently and delegate tasks effectively.
3. Proactive in managing expectations and adjusting to dynamic environments.
4. Strong relationship management skills across multiple stakeholders.
5. Comfortable working in an Agile context and multicultural environment.
6. Fluency in English; French is advantageous.

A minimum of 5 years in platform management and Windchill data model experience is required.
