Richemont Payroll Coordinator

- Supervise and control payroll operations conducted by the team, including termination payments and departure simulations.
- Ensure the accuracy and consistency of payroll data.
- Participate in the configuration and evolution of payroll software.
- Contribute to payroll production when necessary.
- Implement controls to ensure payroll reliability.
- Oversee social declarations and reporting, including DSN and social charges.
- Prepare HR reports on workforce, absences, and severance payments.
- Reconcile accounting and payroll in collaboration with the payroll manager.
- Serve as a reference for payroll managers and HR on payroll matters.
- Train and support payroll managers on payroll techniques, including charges, DSN, and payroll software.
- Act as the primary contact for social organizations such as URSSAF and pension funds.
- Engage in transversal tasks such as accounting closure, internal and external audits, and participation in profit-sharing schemes.
- Control the 13th month and 1/10th vacation pay.
- Proficiency in SAP and knowledge of Workday is an advantage.
- Understanding of social and fiscal payroll laws.
- Expertise in DSN and social contributions.
- Strong command of Excel.
- Attention to detail and analytical mindset.
- Excellent communication and operational leadership.
- Confidentiality and discretion.
Extensive experience in payroll management and coordination within a corporate setting.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, or a related field.
