Richemont Operations Team Lead

- Assist the supervisor in daily tasks to ensure seamless team operations and shift transitions.
- Train, mentor, and manage a team, ensuring adherence to company policies and performance standards.
- Assign daily tasks, monitor progress, and adjust operations to meet demand, ensuring high standards of quality and security.
- Act as the primary liaison for communication with prestigious brands and internal teams, executing shift communication plans.
- Lead the implementation and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and identify process improvements using Lean/5S principles.
- Ensure a safe and clean work environment, adhering to safety protocols.
- Participate in SAP/EWM system checks and contribute to business development projects.
- Cross-train to support various departments and functions.
- Engage in leadership development activities, including meetings, facilitation, and SOP development.
- Resolve issues proactively, make data-driven decisions, and escalate complex problems as necessary.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2-3 years of experience in operations or a similar environment.
- Strong knowledge of distribution center operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping.
- Experience with Warehouse Management systems; SAP experience is highly advantageous.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Proven leadership and team management experience.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills; proficiency in Spanish is advantageous.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding environment.

Salary will be negotiated based on relevant skills and experience.
