- Organize and assign daily work to meet operational demands and target objectives.
- Analyze productivity and quality results to implement improvements or corrective actions.
- Develop and supervise process quality control actions to ensure consistent execution of procedures.
- Execute company initiatives and strategies to maintain warehouse and delivery excellence.
- Enforce workplace safety by ensuring compliance with safety-related rules and policies.
- Provide training and guidance to encourage team member development and engagement.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities for optimizing facility operations.
- Lead Root Cause analysis within assigned operational areas.
- Conduct annual associate performance evaluations and coach staff on company policies.
- High School diploma or equivalent required; College degree preferred.
- Previous leadership experience.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and SAP.
- Ability to independently manage tasks and projects.
- Fluency in professional English communication, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality and a respectful workplace.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule and facilitate daily shift meetings.
Previous leadership experience in a distribution or logistics environment is required.
High School diploma or equivalent required; College degree preferred.
Salary will be determined based on relevant skills and experience.
