1. Organize and assign daily work to meet operational demands and target objectives.
2. Analyze productivity and quality results to implement improvements or corrective actions.
3. Develop and supervise process quality control actions to ensure consistent execution of procedures.
4. Execute company initiatives and strategies to maintain warehouse and delivery excellence.
5. Enforce workplace safety by ensuring compliance with safety-related rules and policies.
6. Provide training and guidance to encourage team member development and engagement.
7. Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities for optimizing facility operations.
8. Lead Root Cause analysis within assigned operational areas.
9. Conduct annual associate performance evaluations and coach staff on company policies.

1. High School diploma or equivalent required; College degree preferred.
2. Previous leadership experience.

1. Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and SAP.
2. Ability to independently manage tasks and projects.
3. Fluency in professional English communication, both verbal and written.
4. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality and a respectful workplace.
5. Ability to work a flexible schedule and facilitate daily shift meetings.

Previous leadership experience in a distribution or logistics environment is required.

High School diploma or equivalent required; College degree preferred.

Salary will be determined based on relevant skills and experience.
