Richemont Operations Supervisor

- Organize and assign daily work to meet operational demands, utilizing data analysis from reporting tools to enhance productivity and quality.
- Implement and supervise process quality control actions, ensuring consistent execution of procedures and corrective actions.
- Enforce workplace safety, ensuring compliance with safety-related rules and policies.
- Provide training and guidance to team members, fostering development and engagement.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities, leading root cause analysis as necessary.
- Conduct annual performance evaluations and coach staff to adhere to company policies.
- High School diploma or equivalent required; College degree preferred.
- Previous leadership experience.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Proficient in SAP Extended Warehouse Management tools.
- Fluent in professional English communication, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage tasks and projects independently.
- Proficiency in process improvements through Lean concepts, Kaizen, and Six Sigma.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule.
- Capability to facilitate daily shift meetings.
Previous leadership experience in a distribution or logistics environment is required.
High School diploma or equivalent required; College degree preferred.
Salary will be determined based on relevant skills and experience.
