1. Organize and assign daily work to meet operational demands and target objectives.
2. Analyze data from reporting tools to improve productivity and quality.
3. Develop and supervise process quality control actions, ensuring consistent execution of procedures.
4. Execute company initiatives to maintain warehouse and delivery excellence.
5. Enforce workplace safety and ensure compliance with safety-related rules and policies.
6. Provide training and guidance to encourage team member development.
7. Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities for facility operations.
8. Lead Root Cause analysis within assigned operational areas.
9. Create and perform annual associate performance evaluations.
10. Coach and train staff to adhere to company policies.

1. High School diploma or equivalent required; College degree preferred.
2. Previous leadership experience.
3. Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
4. Proficient user of SAP Extended Warehouse Management tools.
5. Fluent in professional English communication, both verbal and written.

1. Strong interpersonal skills with professional communication abilities.
2. Ability to manage tasks/projects independently.
3. Proficiency in Lean concepts, Kaizen, and Six Sigma.
4. Ability to work a flexible schedule.
5. Capability to facilitate daily shift meetings.

Previous leadership experience in a similar operational or logistics role is required.

High School diploma or equivalent required; College degree preferred.

Salary will be determined based on relevant skills and experience.
