Richemont Operations Supervisor

- Organize and assign daily work to meet operational demands and target objectives.
- Analyze data from reporting tools to improve productivity and quality.
- Develop and supervise process quality control actions, ensuring consistent execution of procedures.
- Execute company initiatives to maintain warehouse and delivery excellence.
- Enforce workplace safety and ensure compliance with safety-related rules and policies.
- Provide training and guidance to encourage team member development.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities for facility operations.
- Lead Root Cause analysis within assigned operational areas.
- Create and perform annual associate performance evaluations.
- Coach and train staff to adhere to company policies.
- High School diploma or equivalent required; College degree preferred.
- Previous leadership experience.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Proficient user of SAP Extended Warehouse Management tools.
- Fluent in professional English communication, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills with professional communication abilities.
- Ability to manage tasks/projects independently.
- Proficiency in Lean concepts, Kaizen, and Six Sigma.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule.
- Capability to facilitate daily shift meetings.
Previous leadership experience in a similar operational or logistics role is required.
High School diploma or equivalent required; College degree preferred.
Salary will be determined based on relevant skills and experience.
