1. Support operational teams in continuous improvement initiatives.
2. Lead efforts to resolve operational challenges through structured problem-solving.
3. Standardize and optimize operational processes for enhanced efficiency.
4. Improve stock and product flow management.
5. Develop monitoring and documentation of operational processes and master data.

1. Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or Engineering.
2. Familiarity with LEAN methodologies and tools.
3. Proficiency in data manipulation using Excel, Power Query/BI, and SQL (preferred).
4. Fluency in French and English.

3. Ability to see the big picture and summarize effectively.
4. Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.

No prior professional experience required; however, a strong interest in project management or supply chain is essential.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or Engineering (current or recent graduate).
