Richemont Operations Intern

- Support operational teams in continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead efforts to resolve operational challenges through structured problem-solving.
- Standardize and optimize operational processes for enhanced efficiency.
- Improve stock and product flow management.
- Develop monitoring and documentation of operational processes and master data.
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or Engineering.
- Familiarity with LEAN methodologies and tools.
- Proficiency in data manipulation using Excel, Power Query/BI, and SQL (preferred).
- Fluency in French and English.
- Strong problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset.
- Excellent attention to detail and observational skills.
- Ability to see the big picture and summarize effectively.
- Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Proactive and enthusiastic team player.
No prior professional experience required; however, a strong interest in project management or supply chain is essential.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or Engineering (current or recent graduate).
