- Prepare, process, and move merchandise accurately and productively according to established guidelines.
- Practice safety awareness and adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Work independently and collaboratively, transitioning between job functions such as picking, packing, replenishment, shipping, receiving, and inventorying as needed.
- Ensure timely processing to meet departmental and location standards/goals.
- Pick, pack, and merge orders, and perform rebags/retickets, replenishment, and stocking of merchandise.
- Load and unload trailers, scan merchandise, build pallets, and label merchandise.
- Verify accuracy of production or location and assign product locations as necessary.
- Maintain a clean and safe designated work area.
- Follow all RNA Safety Guidelines and ensure equipment and department supplies are maintained safely.
- Perform standing and walking work throughout an 8-12 hour shift in a non-climate controlled facility.
- Climb stairs, bend, twist, step, stoop, reach, lift, pull, and push merchandise weighing up to 30 pounds regularly and heavier items occasionally with assistance.
- High School Diploma or GED
- Fluency in English: reading, speaking, writing
- Entry-level experience in a warehouse or production environment
- Basic proficiency with desktop computers and Handheld Radio Frequency (RF) devices
- Ability to perform basic math computations: addition, subtraction, multiplication, division
- Capability to operate equipment safely and avoid safety infractions
- Attention to detail
- Flexibility in work schedule and attendance for scheduled shifts
- Eagerness to learn
- Ability to work as part of a team and interact effectively with others
- Ability to follow instructions and perform tasks consistently and accurately
- Basic proficiency with desktop computers and Handheld Radio Frequency (RF) devices
- Basic math computation skills
