1. Prepare, process, and move merchandise accurately and productively according to established guidelines.
2. Practice safety awareness and adhere to company policies and procedures.
3. Work independently and collaboratively, transitioning between job functions such as picking, packing, replenishment, shipping, receiving, and inventorying as needed.
4. Ensure timely processing to meet departmental and location standards/goals.
5. Pick, pack, and merge orders, and perform rebags/retickets, replenishment, and stocking of merchandise.
6. Load and unload trailers, scan merchandise, build pallets, and label merchandise.
7. Verify accuracy of production or location and assign product locations as necessary.
8. Maintain a clean and safe designated work area.
9. Follow all RNA Safety Guidelines and ensure equipment and department supplies are maintained safely.
10. Perform standing and walking work throughout an 8-12 hour shift in a non-climate controlled facility.
11. Climb stairs, bend, twist, step, stoop, reach, lift, pull, and push merchandise weighing up to 30 pounds regularly and heavier items occasionally with assistance.

1. High School Diploma or GED
2. Fluency in English: reading, speaking, writing
3. Entry-level experience in a warehouse or production environment
4. Basic proficiency with desktop computers and Handheld Radio Frequency (RF) devices
5. Ability to perform basic math computations: addition, subtraction, multiplication, division
6. Capability to operate equipment safely and avoid safety infractions
7. Attention to detail
8. Flexibility in work schedule and attendance for scheduled shifts
9. Eagerness to learn
10. Ability to work as part of a team and interact effectively with others
11. Ability to follow instructions and perform tasks consistently and accurately
