1. Prepare, process, and move merchandise accurately according to established guidelines.
2. Practice safety awareness and adhere to company policies and procedures.
3. Work independently and collaboratively, transitioning between job functions as needed.
4. Perform tasks such as picking, packing, replenishment, shipping, receiving, and inventorying.
5. Ensure timely processing to meet departmental standards and goals.
6. Maintain a clean and safe designated work area.
7. Verify accuracy of production or location and assign product locations as necessary.
8. Operate equipment safely and maintain department supplies in a secure manner.
9. Perform physical tasks including lifting merchandise up to 30 pounds regularly and heavier items occasionally with assistance.

1. High School Diploma or GED
2. Fluency in English: reading, speaking, writing
3. Entry-level experience in a warehouse or production environment
4. Basic computer skills and familiarity with Handheld Radio Frequency (RF) devices
5. Ability to perform basic math computations
6. Flexibility in work schedule and reliable attendance
