Richemont Operations Associate

- Prepare, process, and move merchandise accurately according to established guidelines.
- Practice safety awareness and adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Work independently and collaboratively, transitioning between job functions as needed.
- Perform tasks such as picking, packing, replenishment, shipping, receiving, and inventorying.
- Ensure timely processing to meet departmental standards and goals.
- Maintain a clean and safe designated work area.
- Verify accuracy of production or location and assign product locations as necessary.
- Operate equipment safely and maintain department supplies in a secure manner.
- Perform physical tasks including lifting merchandise up to 30 pounds regularly and heavier items occasionally with assistance.
- High School Diploma or GED
- Fluency in English: reading, speaking, writing
- Entry-level experience in a warehouse or production environment
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with Handheld Radio Frequency (RF) devices
- Ability to perform basic math computations
- Flexibility in work schedule and reliable attendance
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work as part of a team and interact effectively with others
- Eagerness to learn and follow instructions
- Consistency and accuracy in task performance
Entry-level experience in a warehouse or production work environment is required.
