- Prepare, process, and move merchandise according to established guidelines to meet location standards.
- Pick, pack, and merge orders efficiently.
- Rebag, reticket, replenish, and stock merchandise as required.
- Load and unload trailers, scan merchandise, build pallets, and label items accurately.
- Verify production or location accuracy and assign product locations as necessary.
- Maintain a clean and safe designated work area.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
- Ensure equipment and department supplies are maintained safely.
- Perform standing and walking tasks throughout an 8-12 hour shift in a non-climate controlled facility.
- Climb stairs, bend, twist, stoop, reach, lift, pull, and push as needed.
- Move merchandise weighing up to 30 pounds regularly and heavier items occasionally with assistance.
- High School Diploma or GED
- Fluency in English, including reading, speaking, and writing
- Entry-level experience in a warehouse or production environment
- Basic proficiency with desktop computers and Hand Held Radio Frequency (RF) devices
- Ability to perform basic math computations
- Demonstrated attention to detail
- Flexibility in work schedule and consistent attendance
- Eagerness to learn and follow instructions accurately
