1. Efficiently pick, pack, and merge orders in accordance with established guidelines.
2. Rebag, reticket, replenish, and stock merchandise as necessary.
3. Load and unload trailers, scan merchandise, build pallets, and label products accurately.
4. Verify production or location accuracy and assign product locations as needed.
5. Maintain a clean and safe work environment in designated areas.
6. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
7. Ensure equipment and department supplies are safely maintained.
8. Perform standing and walking tasks throughout an 8-12 hour shift in a non-climate controlled facility.
9. Climb stairs, bend, twist, stoop, reach, lift, pull, and push as required.
10. Regularly move merchandise weighing up to 30 pounds independently, and heavier items with assistance.

1. High School Diploma or GED
2. Fluency in English, including reading, speaking, and writing
3. Entry-level experience in a warehouse or production environment
4. Basic proficiency with desktop computers and handheld RF devices
5. Ability to perform basic mathematical computations
6. Demonstrated attention to detail
7. Flexibility in work schedule and consistent attendance
8. Eagerness to learn and follow instructions
9. Ability to work collaboratively within a team
