- Efficiently pick, pack, and merge orders according to established guidelines.
- Rebag, reticket, replenish, and stock merchandise as necessary.
- Load and unload trailers, scan merchandise, build pallets, and label products accurately.
- Verify the accuracy of production or location and assign product locations as needed.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment in designated areas.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
- Ensure equipment and department supplies are maintained safely.
- Perform standing or walking tasks throughout an 8-12 hour shift in a non-climate controlled facility.
- Climb stairs, bend, twist, stoop, reach, lift, pull, and push as required.
- Move merchandise weighing up to 30 pounds regularly and heavier items with assistance occasionally.
- High School Diploma or GED
- Fluency in English: reading, speaking, and writing
- Entry-level experience in a warehouse or production environment
- Basic proficiency in using desktop computers and Hand Held Radio Frequency (RF) devices
