- Define and implement a country-specific PR and Communications plan, including media strategies and press activities to enhance brand visibility and desirability.
- Conduct high-profile client events, particularly in boutiques and in collaboration with wholesale partners, ensuring maximum ROI.
- Develop partnerships with external companies to co-host events.
- Manage and control marketing budgets and related investments.
- Liaise with the regional office to ensure alignment and adaptation of marketing activities to local market needs.
- Provide insightful analysis and reporting to support strategic recommendations.
- Prior experience in Marketing and Communications within Australia, in either related or unrelated industries.
- Experience in conducting retail events.
- Strategic thinking and analytical skills
- Creativity
- Excellent project management and time management skills
- Effective communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge of Digital Marketing and Social Media
- Ability to collaborate in a team environment and adapt to change
Previous experience in marketing and communications, particularly in conducting retail events, is required.
