Richemont Manager of Retail Back Office and Consumer Payments

- Manage, mentor, and develop a team of four direct reports, setting clear expectations and fostering a collaborative environment.
- Prioritize departmental responsibilities to meet deadlines and ensure data accuracy.
- Investigate and resolve variances related to credit cards, wire transfers, and certificate server discrepancies.
- Manage daily interactions with boutiques, providing guidance and enforcing policy adherence.
- Partner with Maisons to ensure proper training on End of Day requirements for boutique staff.
- Oversee Consumer Payment activities for compliance and escalate non-compliance issues.
- Perform day-to-day controls on end-of-day procedures and manage monthly internal control reports.
- Create merchant accounts for new boutique openings.
- Engage with payment providers to optimize payment processing and resolve issues.
- Coordinate with Legal for subpoenas related to retail operations and consumer payments.
- Manage the End of Day submission process, including implementation, enhancements, and training.
- Ensure compliance with AML and sanctions regulations in Consumer Payments.
- Collaborate with Security and HR on retail investigations related to consumer payment processes.
- Assist with annual audits, providing documentation and explanations as needed.
- Provide training and support to Maisons retail teams, serving as a primary contact for compliance issues.
- Engage with Group RFBO team to implement pilot programs and initiatives.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Experience in Finance, Accounting, or Retail is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Ability to travel within North America
- Proven management and team development skills
- Strong understanding of credit card processing and payment gateway technologies

Proven management experience with a focus on performance management and employee development. Strong understanding of credit card processing and related security protocols.

Salary will be determined based on relevant skills and experience.
