1. Collaborate with department heads to develop annual budgets and prepare comprehensive budget presentations.
2. Facilitate the monthly close process by collaborating with business partners, managing deadlines, and ensuring accurate financial results.
3. Provide variance analysis to understand potential risks and opportunities with respect to financial results, and communicate these insights to the financial organization.
4. Prepare month-end packages for senior and executive business leaders to encapsulate monthly results and forward-looking viewpoints.
5. Complete ad-hoc reporting and analysis to support the broader finance group as needed.
6. Oversee delivery of monthly financial reporting, forecast updates, and budget management to business partners on a monthly and quarterly basis.
7. Identify and track key performance metrics to become the subject matter expert on the health of the business.
8. Develop objective, driver-based forecast models used for budgeting and decision-support analysis.
9. Support senior management with special projects for strategic decision-making, including 'what if' strategic analysis and global business forecasting.

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
2. 8+ years of relevant finance experience, including experience in finance and strategy within a corporate environment.

1. Proficiency with SAP.
2. Strong background in accounting and finance principles.
3. Advanced PC skills, particularly with MS-Excel.
4. Excellent analytical skills, with a strong data-driven approach.
5. Proficiency in corporate finance and accounting concepts.
6. Familiarity with financial planning processes and ability to leverage technology for continuous improvement.
7. Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
8. Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
9. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global, matrixed environment.

A minimum of 8 years in finance, with a focus on finance and strategy in a corporate setting.

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.

Expected salary range: $120,000 – $130,000, based on relevant skills and experience.
