- Collaborate with department heads to develop annual budgets and prepare comprehensive budget presentations.
- Facilitate the monthly close process by collaborating with business partners, managing deadlines, and ensuring accurate financial results.
- Provide variance analysis to understand potential risks and opportunities with respect to financial results, and communicate these insights to the financial organization.
- Prepare month-end packages for senior and executive business leaders to encapsulate monthly results and forward-looking viewpoints.
- Complete ad-hoc reporting and analysis to support the broader finance group as needed.
- Oversee delivery of monthly financial reporting, forecast updates, and budget management to business partners on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Identify and track key performance metrics to become the subject matter expert on the health of the business.
- Develop objective, driver-based forecast models used for budgeting and decision-support analysis.
- Support senior management with special projects for strategic decision-making, including 'what if' strategic analysis and global business forecasting.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- 8+ years of relevant finance experience, including experience in finance and strategy within a corporate environment.
- Proficiency with SAP.
- Strong background in accounting and finance principles.
- Advanced PC skills, particularly with MS-Excel.
- Excellent analytical skills, with a strong data-driven approach.
- Proficiency in corporate finance and accounting concepts.
- Familiarity with financial planning processes and ability to leverage technology for continuous improvement.
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global, matrixed environment.
A minimum of 8 years in finance, with a focus on finance and strategy in a corporate setting.
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
Expected salary range: $120,000 – $130,000, based on relevant skills and experience.
