- Monitor and analyze inbound and outbound logistics flows.
- Support the Warehouse and Operations department in activities such as Inbound, Import, and Staff sales.
- Assist with invoicing activities.
- Contribute to the implementation and creation of sustainability best practices aimed at improving packaging and reducing CO2 emissions.
- Coordinate with colleagues from the Export and Transport team and other shared function departments as necessary.
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Fluency in English and Italian.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Sharepoint or other digital/analytics tools is advantageous.
- Commercial orientation with a proactive and results-driven approach.
- Excellent organizational skills and resilience during peak times.
- Strong team player with a willingness to support and a curiosity to learn.
- Positive and proactive attitude.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt communication style to different stakeholders.
No prior experience required, though familiarity with logistics or supply chain operations is beneficial.
Bachelor's degree in Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
