- Process inbound, outbound, and internal transfer orders using SAP ERP/EWM and internal systems.
- Coordinate with warehouse, carriers, and Supply Chain Management (SCM) team to ensure seamless order operations and fulfillment schedules.
- Liaise with regional headquarters to manage logistics operations effectively.
- Oversee warehouse processes and inventory to maintain accuracy and operational efficiency.
- Prepare and manage shipment documents for precise shipment and verification.
- Monitor and follow up on order processing flow and warehouse management issues.
- Conduct data analysis of logistics flow to optimize processes.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, and order management.
- Proficiency in SAP ERP/EWM or other ERP/WMS systems.
- Advanced skills in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities for complex issues.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
Candidates must possess a minimum of four years of experience in logistics, warehouse, and order management, demonstrating a strong understanding of the field.
