1. Process inbound, outbound, and internal transfer orders using SAP ERP/EWM and internal systems.
2. Coordinate with warehouse, carriers, and Supply Chain Management (SCM) team to ensure seamless order operations and fulfillment schedules.
3. Liaise with regional headquarters to manage logistics operations effectively.
4. Oversee warehouse processes and inventory to maintain accuracy and operational efficiency.
5. Prepare and manage shipment documents for precise shipment and verification.
6. Monitor and follow up on order processing flow and warehouse management issues.
7. Conduct data analysis of logistics flow to optimize processes.

1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, and order management.

1. Proficiency in SAP ERP/EWM or other ERP/WMS systems.
2. Advanced skills in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Strong problem-solving abilities for complex issues.
5. Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

Candidates must possess a minimum of four years of experience in logistics, warehouse, and order management, demonstrating a strong understanding of the field.
