Richemont Logistics Specialist - Export and Import Focus

- Ensure seamless inbound and outbound warehouse processes, including booking, serial number tracking, picking, quality checks, and packing.
- Support annual inventory audits and ensure data accuracy, correcting SAP entries as needed.
- Contribute to monthly financial closing by ensuring accurate transport cost allocation.
- Maintain close communication with transport partners to ensure timely and efficient logistics operations, including pickups, event transports, and deliveries.
- Ensure compliance with all logistics processes and corporate guidelines.
- Act as a knowledgeable point of contact for local Maisons on logistics matters.
- Manage all customs-related activities in collaboration with customs agents, including instruction preparation, communication with authorities, and ATLAS application handling.
- Ensure proper digital archiving of all relevant documents in accordance with regulations.
- Provide support to other logistics areas, such as shipping, as required.
- Education in logistics, freight forwarding, or equivalent experience-based training.
- Experience in a similar role or work environment.
- Proficiency in customs operations, Incoterms, and CARNET ATA handling, including required documentation for air, road, and sea transport.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and SAP.
- Organized, methodical, customer-oriented, and flexible with the ability to make quick operational decisions.
- Excellent communication skills, responsibility, and ability to work under pressure.
- Autonomy within a defined framework and ability to work as part of a team.
- Fluency in German at a native level and proficiency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
Experience in a logistics role with a focus on export and import operations, preferably within the luxury goods sector.
Education in logistics, freight forwarding, or equivalent experience-based training.
