1. Support and execute logistics and operations projects, ensuring alignment with company strategies and goals.
2. Define project scope, goals, plans, and resources autonomously or in collaboration with the Project Manager.
3. Execute and control project plans, maintaining comprehensive documentation and effectively communicating progress and changes.
4. Conduct training for personnel involved in projects and follow up on implemented projects to assess effectiveness.
5. Prepare reports and analyses related to business operational flows and support functions.
6. Coordinate the implementation of new dashboards, ensuring data validation with operations and regional teams.
7. Monitor and communicate regulatory changes affecting importation and distribution, ensuring compliance with governmental requirements.
8. Perform product trade compliance activities, including analysis, training, and reporting.
9. Create tools for environmental reporting and collect data for ESG initiatives, providing training for related activities.
10. Support maintenance and incident resolution of operational tools, and assist in logistics tenders and special purchases.
11. Manage the purchase order and invoice submission process for the projects department.

1. Bachelor’s Degree in International Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
2. Over 3 years of experience in logistics project management.
3. Background in logistics, operations, or supply chain.

1. Advanced proficiency in English.
2. High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Macros and Visual Basic programming.
3. Familiarity with EWM/ERP/SAP systems.
4. Knowledge of quality methodologies such as ISO 9001 and continuous improvement.
5. Understanding of supply chain regulatory topics is advantageous.

Candidates should possess over 3 years of experience in managing logistics projects, with a background in logistics, operations, or supply chain management.

Bachelor’s Degree in International Business, Supply Chain, or a related field is required. A Title’s Degree is desirable.
