Richemont Logistics Project Coordinator

- Support and execute logistics and operations projects, ensuring alignment with company strategies and goals.
- Define project scope, goals, plans, and resources autonomously or in collaboration with the Project Manager.
- Execute and control project plans, maintaining comprehensive documentation and effectively communicating progress and changes.
- Conduct training for personnel involved in projects and follow up on implemented projects to assess effectiveness.
- Prepare reports and analyses related to business operational flows and support functions.
- Coordinate the implementation of new dashboards, ensuring data validation with operations and regional teams.
- Monitor and communicate regulatory changes affecting importation and distribution, ensuring compliance with governmental requirements.
- Perform product trade compliance activities, including analysis, training, and reporting.
- Create tools for environmental reporting and collect data for ESG initiatives, providing training for related activities.
- Support maintenance and incident resolution of operational tools, and assist in logistics tenders and special purchases.
- Manage the purchase order and invoice submission process for the projects department.
- Bachelor’s Degree in International Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Over 3 years of experience in logistics project management.
- Background in logistics, operations, or supply chain.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Macros and Visual Basic programming.
- Familiarity with EWM/ERP/SAP systems.
- Knowledge of quality methodologies such as ISO 9001 and continuous improvement.
- Understanding of supply chain regulatory topics is advantageous.
Candidates should possess over 3 years of experience in managing logistics projects, with a background in logistics, operations, or supply chain management.
Bachelor’s Degree in International Business, Supply Chain, or a related field is required. A Title’s Degree is desirable.
