Richemont Logistics Operations Team Leader

- Oversee the logistics operations at the RID Geneva site, ensuring alignment with group and maison objectives and standards.
- Facilitate timely and effective communication with internal clients, maisons, authorities, and logistics partners.
- Manage and resolve market and maison-generated anomalies, addressing root causes to prevent recurrence.
- Enhance team efficiency by fostering versatility, skill development, and autonomy among team members.
- Advanced degree in a relevant field (HEG, University, or equivalent).
- Proven experience in team and project management.
- Strong knowledge in logistics and/or production.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively.
- Analytical skills for problem-solving and organizational efficiency.
- Proficiency in French and English.
- Advanced computer skills, including Excel and SAP.
Demonstrated experience in logistics operations management, with a focus on team leadership and problem resolution.
Advanced degree in a relevant field (HEG, University, or equivalent).
