1. Coordinate daily logistics and supply chain activities in compliance with customs and local regulations.
2. Manage CITES permit applications, acquittals, and inventory control.
3. Process SAP transactions for inbound and outbound orders, including PGR & PGI.
4. Coordinate inbound shipments, including shipping advice and invoice dispatch.
5. Prepare and book outbound export shipments, ensuring compliance with re-export CITES permits.
6. Arrange domestic deliveries and ensure adherence to transportation guidelines.
7. Conduct periodic stock cycle counts and manage stock for photoshoots and events.

1. 4-5 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, and freight management.
2. Proficiency in SAP MM.
