Richemont Logistics Digital Transformation Lead

- Enhance the Automated Storage and Retrieval System (Miniload) through technical consolidation and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain and upgrade the digital twin tool (FlexSim) by optimizing algorithms and mechanical components.
- Conduct preliminary studies and manage the implementation of new automation projects.
- Scout and test emerging technologies in collaboration with internal and external partners.
- Develop proofs of concept and scale solutions where appropriate.
- Establish control plans for stable and reliable technology application.
- Support the Operations Performance team by integrating digital solutions for process enhancements.
- Lead field installation projects by coordinating with external stakeholders.
- Build and manage an internal community of digital experts to enhance technological competencies.
- Serve as the single point of contact for RID’s digital roadmap.
- Collaborate with management, central logistics, regional teams, and group technology departments to share strategic insights.
- Develop viable business cases to drive sustainable process improvements and reduce operational costs.
- Engineering degree, ideally complemented by advanced education.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Supply Chain or Logistics.
- Expertise in SAP and EWM.
- Strong understanding of automation, mechanical systems, robotics, and IT hardware.
- Familiarity with low-code/no-code platforms such as Neptune, Tulip, UIPath, Pega, and Artificial Intelligence.
- Hands-on experience with digital twin technology, particularly FlexSim.
- Proven project management skills and ability to coordinate diverse technical teams.
- Strong communication skills and analytical mindset.
- Fluent in French and English; German is an asset.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Supply Chain or Logistics with a focus on robotics, front-end applications, and logistics operations.
Engineering degree, ideally complemented by advanced education.
