1. Process inbound, outbound, and internal transfer orders using SAP ERP/EWM and internal systems.
2. Coordinate with warehouse, carriers, and SCM team to ensure smooth order operations and fulfillment schedules.
3. Communicate with regional headquarters to manage effective logistics operations.
4. Oversee warehouse processes and inventory to ensure accuracy and operational efficiency.
5. Prepare and manage shipment documents for accurate shipment and verification.
6. Monitor and follow up on order processing flow and warehouse management.
7. Conduct data analysis of logistics flow.

1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, and order management.

1. Hands-on experience with SAP ERP/EWM or other ERP/WMS systems.
2. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Proficiency in troubleshooting complex problems.
5. Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

A minimum of four years in logistics, warehouse, and order management is required.
