1. Ensure timely processing of stock transfers into and out of the New York platform for all sales networks, public relations shoots, and events.
2. Adhere to Richemont's established shipping policies by packing shipments with appropriate packaging for the specific product.
3. Coordinate with armed couriers for the receipt and dispatch of all inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring all shipments are scanned into the inventory management system.
4. Collaborate with the Supply Chain Services team to address import/export inquiries and requirements for the Maisons.
5. Conduct inventory counts as required.

1. High School diploma

1. Proficiency in computer applications
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
3. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
4. Capability to work standing for 2 to 4 hours as needed
5. Experience handling high-value products is advantageous
6. Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
