Richemont Logistics Coordinator

- Manage all customs-related activities, including import/export processes, preparing customs instructions, and coordinating with customs brokers.
- Oversee cross-dock operations in collaboration with various brands.
- Ensure proper archiving in compliance with legal regulations and internal procedures, including systematic folder organization and labeling.
- Execute inbound and outbound system transactions, such as posting goods receipt/issue and monitoring serial numbers.
- Prepare customer service repair invoices and organize last-mile deliveries, including packaging coordination.
- Support month-end closing procedures, ensuring accurate allocation flows and invoice visibility with carriers.
- Collaborate with suppliers to secure timely and compliant transport solutions while maintaining high supplier performance standards.
- Ensure all product and trade compliance requirements and reporting obligations are fulfilled on time.
- Act as a reliable business partner to Local Maisons, providing end-to-end logistics support.
- Contribute to cross-functional logistics operations in alignment with business needs.
- Degree in Logistics or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven experience in a similar role or related working environment.
- Strong knowledge of customs operations, transportation regulations, and inventory transactions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and SAP.
- Strong communication skills, accountability, and ability to perform under pressure.
- Autonomy within defined frameworks and a collaborative team spirit.

Proven experience in a similar logistics or related role, with a focus on customs operations and transportation regulations.
