Richemont Logistics Coordinator

1. Manage all customs-related activities, including import/export processes, preparing customs instructions, and coordinating with customs brokers.
2. Oversee cross-dock operations in collaboration with various brands.
3. Ensure proper archiving in compliance with legal regulations and internal procedures, including systematic folder organization and labeling.
4. Execute inbound and outbound system transactions, such as posting goods receipt/issue and monitoring serial numbers.
5. Prepare customer service repair invoices and organize last-mile deliveries, including packaging coordination.
6. Support month-end closing procedures, ensuring accurate allocation flows and invoice visibility with carriers.
7. Collaborate with suppliers to secure timely and compliant transport solutions while maintaining high supplier performance standards.
8. Ensure all product and trade compliance requirements and reporting obligations are fulfilled on time.
9. Act as a reliable business partner to Local Maisons, providing end-to-end logistics support.
10. Contribute to cross-functional logistics operations in alignment with business needs.

1. Degree in Logistics or equivalent professional experience.
2. Proven experience in a similar role or related working environment.
3. Strong knowledge of customs operations, transportation regulations, and inventory transactions.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and SAP.
5. Strong communication skills, accountability, and ability to perform under pressure.
6. Autonomy within defined frameworks and a collaborative team spirit.
