1. Manage e-commerce returns, ensuring quality checks and accurate SAP flow completion.
2. Coordinate with the e-commerce department on discrepancies and liaise with the customer service department regarding faulty products.
3. Organize and document export shipments, ensuring compliance with transport directives.
4. Oversee inbound processes, including parcel reception, quality checks, and SAP updates.
5. Facilitate pick-up and delivery services, coordinating with carriers and ensuring accurate shipment processing.
6. Execute outbound processes, including transfer processing, quality checks, and export documentation preparation.
7. Maintain accurate records of stock movements and perform regular stock takes.
8. Liaise with brand colleagues and appointed agents to ensure smooth logistics operations.
9. Adhere to security procedures and resolve logistical issues proactively.

1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics and stock management.
