1. Lead and advise on all legal, compliance, and corporate affairs matters in Oceania.
2. Support all Maisons active in the market with legal expertise.
3. Manage and negotiate contracts, including drafting and reviewing business and legal documents such as leasing, marketing, PR, finance, and HR-related agreements.
4. Provide legal and regulatory compliance advice on business and operational matters, including consumer law, employment law, health and safety, and trade compliance.
5. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and training on relevant legal and compliance topics.
6. Provide general legal support to stakeholders and manage external counsel.
7. Conduct research and monitor legal updates.
8. Coordinate regional and group legal projects.

1. Minimum LLB or equivalent degree from a reputable university.
2. Qualified as a lawyer in Australia, preferably in New South Wales.
3. At least 5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
4. Dual qualification in Australia and New Zealand is advantageous.

1. Strong understanding of business strategies and ability to establish partnerships with stakeholders.
2. Proficient in Australian and New Zealand legal practices and laws.
3. Strong technical and communication skills.
4. Experience in real estate, employment law, retail, or FMCG.
5. Commercial acumen, creativity, and solutions-oriented approach.
6. Excellent organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
7. Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
8. Independent, disciplined, and self-motivated with high integrity.

A minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience as a commercial or corporate lawyer, with prior in-house experience preferred.

Minimum LLB or equivalent degree from a reputable university.
