1. Support the FP&A team to ensure accurate data and financial reporting for key stakeholders.
2. Manage financial planning and analysis processes, including budgeting and forecasting.
3. Prepare ad hoc analyses and supporting materials.
4. Oversee monthly and quarterly closing and reporting activities.
5. Collaborate with Reporting teams to ensure accurate P&L/BS management during closing periods.
6. Participate in business cycle planning, budgeting, and forecasting, analyzing performance and proposing action plans.
7. Perform monthly/quarterly analysis versus plan and forecast, monitoring trends and proposing corrective actions.
8. Develop and maintain reporting tools to support financial targets and performance explanations.
9. Provide ad hoc analysis and timely financial information to support business decision-making.
10. Focus on process standardization, continuous improvement, and implementation of automation.

1. Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Engineering.

1. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
2. Excellent financial modeling skills, with knowledge of VBA/Power BI as a plus.
3. Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.
4. Highly organized with excellent multitasking and task prioritization skills.

Previous relevant experience in FP&A, Financial Controlling, and Reporting is required.

Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Engineering.
