1. Lead and develop a team of up to 5 jewelry workshop members, fostering career growth and advancement opportunities.
2. Monitor individual and team performance against KPIs, providing regular feedback and addressing performance issues.
3. Develop and implement technical assessments and training programs to enhance team skills and monitor progress.
4. Oversee workshop capacity and resource allocation to ensure efficient workflow.
5. Ensure compliance with all Maison policies and procedures within the workshop.
6. Create and maintain operational procedures to ensure efficiency and consistency.
7. Assign and manage repair workflows effectively.
8. Provide technical expertise and support for repairs, machinery, tools, and processes.
9. Implement and maintain quality control procedures to uphold the highest craftsmanship standards.
10. Stay updated on Maison innovations and train the team accordingly.
11. Manage and disseminate technical documentation.
12. Evaluate and coordinate test bench assessments, including logging and administrative tasks.

1. Extensive experience in jewelry manufacturing and repair with proven technical expertise in jewelry techniques.
2. Significant experience in a leadership or team management role within a jewelry workshop.
3. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
4. Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
5. Proficiency in German and/or English.
