1. Estimate the volume and needs of each service and repair request, providing technical evaluations and quotations in line with brand pricing guidelines.
2. Perform repairs on high-jewellery defects and complex items, ensuring adherence to brand standards.
3. Execute bracelet and necklace chain extensions or reductions, and ring sizing using traditional techniques.
4. Re-shape deformed jewellery items and conduct polishing and lapping.
5. Perform rhodium plating and maintain workshop tools and equipment.
6. Ensure timely completion of repairs and manage spare parts inventory and stock levels.
7. Conduct quality checks and perform jewellery engraving.

1. Minimum of 5 years' experience in jewellery repair.
2. Proficiency with 18Kt gold in various colors and platinum.
3. Familiarity with sensitive materials such as gemstones, pearls, wood, porcelain, and resin.
4. Experience with fire-soldering and laser-welding techniques.
5. Competency in computer skills, including MS Office, internet, and email.

1. Polishing and lapping expertise.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. Stone-setting experience is advantageous.
4. Plating skills, particularly rhodium, are a plus.
