1. Lead and manage a team of 7 IT professionals, including recruitment, coaching, objective setting, and performance appraisal.
2. Oversee the IT budget and cost centers, ensuring adherence to financial guidelines.
3. Manage and monitor project roadmaps and activities, aligning with company objectives.
4. Ensure the delivery of high-quality IT support services, maintaining key performance indicators (KPIs) and promoting best practices.
5. Act as the primary point of contact for IT-related matters for entities and brands within the designated region.
