- Define project boundaries and deliverables at the Full-Service Support (FSS) level.
- Participate in budget and resource planning, as well as quarterly reviews, in collaboration with project requesters.
- Manage project budgets and propose amendments in coordination with stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain project and activity roadmaps.
- Capture activities and needs from relevant entities and Group IT.
- Implement projects within the area of expertise.
- Coordinate resources to support on-site delivery.
- Adhere to Group IT project management methodologies for service management delivery.
- Act as a liaison between business and IT stakeholders to define project scope.
- Plan and allocate resources effectively.
- Coordinate activities through the project closure phase, ensuring adherence to scope, time, and budget.
- Ensure quality deliverables and measure client satisfaction.
- Identify and manage project issues and risks.
- Maintain consistent reporting and communication strategies throughout the project lifecycle.
- Define services to be provided by FSS in collaboration with GT teams.
- Contribute to the definition of KPIs and SLAs related to project deliverables.
- Ensure a smooth transition to operational teams.
- 5 to 10 years of experience in project management, preferably in the luxury or retail sector.
- Experience in a transversal environment.
- Fluency in Italian and English.
- Basic knowledge of Networking, particularly Cisco and Cisco Meraki.
- Basic knowledge of Hosting platforms, including Nutanix and Cloud-based IaaS/PaaS/SaaS solutions.
- Intermediate knowledge of Windows.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office, with a focus on collaboration tools such as Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive, and project management tools like MS Project.
- Basic knowledge of voice solutions, mainly Cisco-based.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow or similar tools for incident, problem, change, and asset management.
- Deep understanding of ITIL processes, especially incident, change, problem, and asset management.
5 to 10 years of experience in project management, preferably in the luxury or retail sector, with a proven track record of operating in a transversal environment.
