- Provide second-level support for the SAP system in the Americas region, focusing on Sales and Distribution and Master Data Management.
- Collaborate with local key users and global third-level support to resolve problems and implement configuration changes.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in SAP functionalities, particularly in Order to Cash (OTC).
- Offer user support, troubleshoot issues, and resolve errors while explaining how SAP supports business processes.
- Manage enterprise application support in alignment with corporate standards, conducting root cause analysis for all break/fix work.
- Ensure incident fixes and changes do not negatively impact other business processes or project teams.
- Coordinate testing for SAP upgrades, software changes, and bug fixes with the key user community to minimize business disruption.
- Facilitate knowledge transfer within the team, organization, and business for changes in their application area.
- Adhere to the Help Desk ticketing and resolution process for incidents related to their application area.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 3 years of related work experience.
- 2+ years of experience with SAP Order to Cash (OTC).
- Cross-functional SAP experience in Order to Cash (OTC) and Procure to Pay (PTP).
- Experience in a global SAP environment.
- Strong background in supply chain-related business processes.
- Effective collaboration skills across various organizational levels.
- Problem-solving abilities with research and troubleshooting expertise.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize, plan, and organize work and deliverables.
3 years of related work experience with at least 2 years in SAP OTC and cross-functional SAP experience.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Salary will be determined based on relevant skills and experience.
