1. Provide second-level support for the SAP system in the Americas region, focusing on Sales and Distribution and Master Data Management (MDM).
2. Collaborate with local key users and global third-level support to resolve problems and implement configuration changes and enhancements.
3. Act as a subject matter expert (SME) in SAP functionalities.
4. Offer user support, troubleshooting, and error resolution, explaining how SAP supports business processes.
5. Manage support for enterprise applications in line with corporate standards, ensuring thorough root cause analysis for all break/fix work.
6. Ensure that fixes and changes do not adversely affect other business processes, application areas, or project teams.
7. Coordinate testing for SAP upgrades, software changes, and bug/fix corrections with the key user community to minimize business interruption.
8. Conduct knowledge transfer within the team, organization, and business for changes to their application area.
9. Adhere to the Help Desk ticketing and resolution process for incidents assigned to their application area.

1. Bachelor’s degree in an applicable field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of related work experience.
3. 2+ years of SAP Order to Cash (OTC) experience.
4. SAP cross-functional experience in Order to Cash (OTC) and Procure to Pay (PTP).
5. Experience in a global SAP environment.

4. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
5. Ability to prioritize, plan, and organize work and deliverables.

At least 3 years of related work experience with a focus on SAP Order to Cash (OTC) and cross-functional SAP experience.

Bachelor’s degree in an applicable field.

Salary range: $117,000 - $130,000, determined based on relevant skills and experience.
