Richemont Inventory Coordinator

- Ensure inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and timely recounts, adhering to established schedules and procedures.
- Conduct thorough research and resolution of inventory discrepancies, documenting findings and performing root cause analysis.
- Generate and distribute monthly departmental reports.
- Serve as the primary contact for the brands/Maisons MDM team, managing communications and the Inventory Control mailbox effectively.
- Adhere to and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for inventory, participating in daily audits.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and organization of inventory discrepancy areas.
- Participate in SAP/EWM system checks.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Relevant experience in inventory or distribution center operations.
- Understanding of logistics processes, including inbound, outbound, and returns.
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems; SAP experience preferred.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Forklift certification preferred.
- Intermediate communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills; proficiency in Spanish is advantageous.

Relevant experience in inventory or distribution center operations is required.

Salary will be negotiated based on relevant skills and experience.
