1. Collaborate closely with the Head of Internal Communications to fulfill the communication needs for Richemont Europe's regional and headquarters scope.
2. Develop high-quality, engaging, and compelling company-wide communications for various channels, including the Intranet and Viva Engage.
3. Support the Regional Team in maintaining the communication calendar and executing the roadmap.
4. Assist the Regional Head of Internal Communication in implementing the European Internal Communication strategy through the creation and distribution of copy and assets.
5. Ensure all communication materials adhere to company standards and explore innovative ways to support business units and engage employees.

1. Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
2. Currently enrolled in a university program and available full-time for a 6-month period starting in February 2026.

1. Strong passion for communication and writing engaging content with a creative flair.
2. Proactive and self-motivated, with a drive for change and adaptability.
3. Knowledge of creative software such as Canva.

No prior experience required, but a demonstrated interest in communication within the luxury sector is beneficial.
