Richemont Imports & Exports Coordinator

1. Manage end-to-end import and export operations for assigned product lines, ensuring timely movement of goods by air, sea and road.
2. Prepare, review and validate trade documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading/air waybills, certificates of origin) and ensure accurate HS tariff classification.
3. Coordinate customs clearance with freight forwarders, customs brokers and internal stakeholders; resolve holds, inspections and discrepancies.
4. Ensure compliance with Indian customs regulations, trade controls and applicable Incoterms; liaise with regulatory authorities as required.
5. Monitor shipment status, maintain tracking and exception reports, and escalate issues to supply chain and commercial teams.
6. Reconcile import duties, taxes and charges; support invoice validation and record-keeping for audits and statutory filings.
7. Maintain and update import/export records, MIS and standard operating procedures; support continuous improvement initiatives in trade processes.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, Supply Chain, Logistics or a related discipline.
2. Strong knowledge of Indian import/export regulations, customs procedures and Incoterms.
3. Proven experience in preparing and auditing international shipping documentation and HS classification.
4. Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple shipments concurrently.
5. Clear written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional coordination with internal teams and external partners.

Approximately 2+ years of hands-on experience in import/export or international logistics, preferably within luxury retail, fashion, jewelry or a regulated-goods environment. Experience working with freight forwarders, customs brokers and ERP systems is expected.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or equivalent.
