Richemont Import Specialist

1. Support daily inbound operations for Richemont North America, Inc.
2. Collaborate with customs brokers to ensure prompt releases from US Customs and Partner Government Agencies.
3. Verify shipment documentation for accurate valuation, classification, country of origin, and compliance with Other Government Agencies requirements.
4. Execute special tasks related to import operations as assigned.

1. High School Diploma or GED required.
2. Minimum of 2 years of logistics experience or a college degree preferred.
3. Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
4. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
5. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Strong organizational skills and ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
8. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

1. Knowledge of U.S. import/export regulations including CBP, FWS, FDA, USDA, and BIS preferred.
2. Understanding of Harmonized Tariff Schedules (HTS) preferred.
3. Functional knowledge of global logistics and Incoterms preferred.
4. Experience with MS Access and SAP preferred.

A minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics or related field is required.

High School Diploma or GED required. College degree preferred.

Salary will be negotiated based on relevant skills and experience.
