Richemont Import and Export Intern

- Assist in obtaining quotations from national and international suppliers.
- Support the registration of new items and adjustment of existing items in the SAP system.
- Aid in the completion of administrative forms as necessary.
- Help maintain departmental control reports, including CITES, repair control, import follow-up, and temporary admission control.
- Support the issuance of export documents and coordinate with freight agents for document issuance and retrieval.
- Assist the team in import processes using the OSGT operational system, including shipment migration, invoice issuance, expense recording, item updates, and other relevant tasks.
- Facilitate follow-ups with external suppliers and keep internal clients informed.
- Assist with the payment of service invoices, including order creation, approval tracking, and document inclusion in SAP.
- Aid in archiving documents within the OSGT operational system as required.
- Support the request and tracking of service invoice issuance from providers such as customs brokers, storage, and freight.
- Help manage archived files, including scanning and sending received original documents.
- Assist in verifying import licenses and other import process documents.
- Currently pursuing a degree in International Trade.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Understanding of technical terms in International Trade and knowledge of shipping documents.
No prior experience required, but familiarity with international trade processes and documentation is advantageous.
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program in International Trade.
