1. Serve as a primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure IAM solutions meet business and security requirements.
2. Govern and oversee the smooth operation of Identity and Access Management solutions, ensuring compliance with collected requirements.
3. Identify and mitigate potential risks in IAM solutions, enhancing security measures.
4. Support the design, review, and implementation of IAM architecture, aligning with industry best practices and security policies.
5. Facilitate knowledge transfer to operations teams, service owners, and application owners to promote shared understanding and expertise.
6. Collaborate with engineering teams on IAM projects, ensuring delivery within budget and timelines.
7. Understand functional and technical requirements, identify gaps, and suggest improvements for IAM solutions.
8. Possess technical expertise in Cloud Digital Identity Technologies and integration projects.
9. Manage target systems and provisioning, including Active Directory, Entra AD, Okta, AWS, Google Cloud, SAP, and Saviynt.

1. Minimum of 5-6 years of experience managing IAM solutions in complex, large-scale environments.
2. Deep understanding of IAM principles, best practices, and industry standards.
3. Comprehensive knowledge of core IAM components such as connectors, integrations, and provisioning workflows.
4. Strong security-oriented mindset with expertise in least privilege principles and Segregation of Duties concepts.
5. Excellent communication skills for conveying technical concepts to diverse audiences.
6. Solid understanding of SAP systems architecture and security concepts.
7. Experience integrating SAP systems with enterprise applications and identity management solutions.
8. Familiarity with compliance requirements related to SAP security and access controls.

1. Analytical and problem-solving skills for resolving complex IAM issues.
2. Technical expertise in IAM components and cloud identity technologies.
3. Experience with Active Directory, Azure AD, Okta, and related technologies.
4. Hands-on experience with Saviynt Enterprise Identity Cloud (EIC).
5. Interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
