1. Align HR strategy with business objectives in partnership with leadership.
2. Act as a change agent to support organizational transformation and process optimization.
3. Analyze HR trends and metrics to develop solutions and policies.
4. Provide coaching to leadership on employee relations, policy interpretation, and talent management.
5. Participate in recruitment efforts and ensure a robust candidate pipeline.
6. Co-facilitate New Employee Orientation and lead internal communication programs.
7. Evaluate patterns and trends to provide proactive HR solutions and training.
8. Support talent management and development programs, including high-potential identification.
9. Assist expats with migration processes and onboarding in Mexico.
10. Serve as liaison for HR leadership team on communication strategies.
11. Lead the development and distribution of employee handbooks and policy communications.
12. Implement and analyze employee morale and retention initiatives.
13. Promote corporate milestones and activities through various communication channels.
14. Maintain knowledge of trends in employee retention, morale, and productivity.
15. Identify training needs and align programs with business objectives.
16. Develop and organize annual internal training programs.
17. Ensure compliance with training and onboarding processes.
18. Oversee succession planning and organizational development initiatives.
19. Develop and implement engagement programs and ESG & Inclusion initiatives.
20. Maintain accurate employee records in all company systems.
21. Prepare and ensure accuracy of HR reports and audits.

1. Bachelor’s degree in HR or Administration preferred

1. Experience with Workday preferred
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
3. Bilingual in English and Spanish
4. Knowledge of HR disciplines and employment laws
5. Excellent time management and organizational skills
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
7. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

8-10 years of experience in a human resources department, preferably within the luxury sector.

Bachelor’s degree in HR or Administration preferred
