1. Collaborate in daily operational tasks and support the HR Business Partner.
2. Assist in the design and execution of Learning & Development workshops.
3. Manage the preparation of training rooms, instructional materials, and organizational logistics such as travel coordination.
4. Create and update presentations.
5. Support the HR Business Partner in projects related to the Employee Life Cycle, including Talent Reviews, Leadership Programs, and Learning Programs.

1. Enrollment in a university or college with a focus on Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Economics, or a related field.

1. Organizational talent with excellent communication skills.
2. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint.
3. Fluency in German and English.
4. Eagerness to explore new initiatives and contribute to the Learning & Development sector at Richemont.

Preferably some initial experience in the HR field.

Enrolled student in a relevant academic program.
