1. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
2. Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
3. Manage the recruitment and selection process to ensure the acquisition of top-tier talent.
4. Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
5. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
6. Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
7. Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
8. Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
9. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.

1. Proven experience as an HR Executive or relevant role.
2. In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
3. Experience in the luxury goods or fashion industry is preferred.

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Strong organizational and leadership capabilities.
3. Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
4. Proficiency in HR systems and databases.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources management, preferably within the luxury fashion industry.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
