1. Provide technical support to boutiques and sites on health, safety, and environmental matters.
2. Ensure the application of Group procedures.
3. Participate in the identification and assessment of risks.
4. Define and assist in the implementation of preventive and protective measures.
5. Guarantee the implementation of accident prevention and environmental protection programs.
6. Analyze workplace accidents and monitor corrective actions.
7. Contribute to risk assessment for strategic events of the Group and its Maisons.
8. Implement and monitor HSE indicators and ensure reporting.
9. Participate in the preparation of certifications.
10. Create, manage, and update dashboards: environmental indicators, safety procedures, etc.
11. Participate in the organization and execution of HSE audits (internal/external).
12. Monitor safety equipment.
13. Assist the HSE Manager in regulatory monitoring.
14. Ensure compliance with obligations (fire, chemical risk).
15. Participate in regulatory control monitoring.
16. Conduct regulatory watch across the scope and ensure legislation compliance by establishing an action plan.
17. Participate in staff awareness and training on HSE issues.
18. Plan all training within the scope and evacuation drills.
19. Contribute to the development and updating of documents (prevention plans, DU, SDS).

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in HSE.
2. Recognized qualification in fire safety (SSIAP, CNPP technical cycles, etc.).

1. Proficiency in risk analysis, DU, and chemical risk management.
2. Excellent interpersonal skills, teamwork capability, rigor, autonomy, adaptability.
3. Proficient in English, both spoken and written.

Minimum of 2-3 years in HSE, preferably in a multi-site environment.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in HSE.
