Richemont HSE Specialist

- Provide technical support to boutiques and sites on health, safety, and environmental matters.
- Ensure the application of Group procedures.
- Participate in the identification and assessment of risks.
- Define and assist in the implementation of preventive and protective measures.
- Guarantee the implementation of accident prevention and environmental protection programs.
- Analyze workplace accidents and monitor corrective actions.
- Contribute to risk assessment for strategic events of the Group and its Maisons.
- Implement and monitor HSE indicators and ensure reporting.
- Participate in the preparation of certifications.
- Create, manage, and update dashboards: environmental indicators, safety procedures, etc.
- Participate in the organization and execution of HSE audits (internal/external).
- Monitor safety equipment.
- Assist the HSE Manager in regulatory monitoring.
- Ensure compliance with obligations (fire, chemical risk).
- Participate in regulatory control monitoring.
- Conduct regulatory watch across the scope and ensure legislation compliance by establishing an action plan.
- Participate in staff awareness and training on HSE issues.
- Plan all training within the scope and evacuation drills.
- Contribute to the development and updating of documents (prevention plans, DU, SDS).
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in HSE.
- Recognized qualification in fire safety (SSIAP, CNPP technical cycles, etc.).
- Proficiency in risk analysis, DU, and chemical risk management.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, teamwork capability, rigor, autonomy, adaptability.
- Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
Minimum of 2-3 years in HSE, preferably in a multi-site environment.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in HSE.
