1. Implement the Richemont Group's environmental, health, and safety at work program.
2. Contribute to defining and implementing actions necessary for compliance within the geographical scope.
3. Assist in updating the risk assessment document by researching innovative solutions, analyzing their relevance, and supporting their implementation.
4. Monitor the implementation of fire safety registers.
5. Raise awareness and train employees on HSE initiatives.
6. Define and execute the HSE training plan in collaboration with HR managers.
7. Organize and participate in audits.
8. Engage in regulatory monitoring.

1. Current enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's program specializing in health, safety, and environment.

1. Knowledge of fire safety is appreciated.
2. Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
3. Comfortable with IT tools and data management.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with diverse stakeholders.
5. Attention to detail, analytical mindset, and organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
6. Curiosity and interest in innovation within the HSE components.

No prior experience required, but relevant academic focus is essential.

Bachelor's or Master's in Health, Safety, and Environment (in progress).
