The Group Technology department plays a pivotal role in supporting the company's strategic objectives by delivering cutting-edge technological solutions.

1. Provide ongoing troubleshooting, user support, and system maintenance to ensure customer satisfaction.
2. Ensure systems support, including incident management and change management.
3. Manage system releases and coordinate validation activities with development and execution of testing.
4. Assist users in appropriating solutions as required.
5. Support or lead investigations on functional and technical requirements and feasibility studies.
6. Organize and lead working groups to specify business requirements.
7. Coordinate configuration of functionalities with vendors based on user requirements.
8. Document processes consistently and simply.
9. Contribute to the development of business test scenarios and perform tests to ensure adequate functional coverage.
10. Support and train users as needed.
11. Support the continuous design of the Talent roadmap.
12. Provide technical expertise on Onboarding, Offboarding, and Journeys.
13. Comply with group guidelines on documentation, change management, and audit processes.

1. Minimum of 3 years experience in HRIS teams, specifically in Workday for Onboarding and Journeys.
2. Educational background in Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent technical experience in HRIS implementations, customizing, or maintenance.
3. Knowledge of Workday Extend, Orchestrations, and SAP HR is advantageous.
4. Understanding of integration concepts such as APIs, OAuth, and SFTP.

1. Ability to quickly understand business requirements and translate them into actionable IT solutions.
2. Proficiency in writing functional specifications and test cases.
3. Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in French is a plus.
4. Customer-service orientation and organizational skills.
5. Solution-oriented with a focus on achieving final objectives.
6. Open-mindedness, curiosity, and a flexible, creative mindset.

At least 3 years of experience in HRIS teams, particularly with Workday for Onboarding and Journeys.

Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
